THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
Get everything in writing and communicate very clearly. In my experience there have been a lot of hidden charges and misquotes. Explain what you want and need up front in person and have that in the contract for no surprises later. They do charge a fee to have ground attendants to let people on the property and they have no less than 2 people for this. I recommend once the contract is signed paid in full to avoid extra charges. This venue is for smaller weddings and Elopements. They are a wonderful family who lives on the property. This property is also available for photos at $50 an hour even if you don't get married here.
